Our Himalayan salt caves offer a unique experience designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Together the caves hold 10,000 lbs. of Himalayan salt. As you recline in an antigravity chair the halo-generators grind and disperse pharmaceutical grade salt into the chamber. Breathing this dry aerosol salt into your lungs can boost the clearing of congestion and inflammation throughout the body.

Salt Cave session begins on the hour. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please call us to reschedule if you are going to be late. Latecomers will be asked to reschedule to honor the flow of the rest of the day’s sessions. No shows will be charged.

What should I wear?

Just come as you are we want you to be as comfortable as possible in the salt cave the only requirement is that we do not allow shoes in the cave, so we ask that you remove your shoes at the front of the reception area and that you wear or bring white/light colored socks to help preserve the salt floors. No need to bring anything along with you just bring yourself, and your open mind. For our Sauna booths you can wrap in a towel that will be provided or wear loose cotton or linen clothing or swimwear.

Lockers are provided for your belongings. CELL PHONES or other electronic devices are not permitted in the salt cave.
