If you have purchased a Gift Certificate with a number that looks like this “9C4542Cx" (or 8 digits), you can still reserve your session with your gift certificate number. If you have a number that looks like this “778332674427722x” (or 16 digits), you will now need to use a code of REDEEMGC to reserve your session and bring your gift certificate with you to your session to redeem.

If you are using a credit card, we will be charging an additional 3% processing fee and any applicable taxes to help offset processing costs. This is not more than we pay in fees. However, if you would like to pay for your session in cash or check, there will not be an additional fee to pay after your session.

‍ ‍ Summit Oasis: Private Salt Cave Session

Experience the full tranquility of the Upper Valley Salt Cave with a completely private 45‑minute halotherapy session reserved exclusively for your group. The entire 8‑person cave becomes your personal sanctuary. Private sessions must be scheduled by phone.‍ ‍Just give us a call and we’ll reserve the cave for your group. Total session cost: $360 for full cave rental.‍ ‍

‍ Cancellation Policy for Regular Booked Session

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are non‑refundable and will be charged in full. This policy ensures the consistency of our schedule and allows us to extend available openings to guests seeking a session.

All event bookings are non‑refundable. See policy on home page. Gift cards are not accepted for special events. They may be used for regular services only Thank you for understanding.

We will be closed on Saturday, September 5th for the long Labor Day weekend. Wishing you rest, ease, and a wonderful holiday.
