For 30 minutes you relax in a comfortable chair and place your hands and feet on the warm domes allowing the generated negative ions to flow into your body. Can anyone use the Himalayan hand/ foot detox lamps?
Most can use without any issues, diabetics, women who are pregnant, or lactating and those with health problems, or those diagnosed with reduced sensation in their hands or feet should contact your physician before using the hand and foot detox lamps.
